With the completion of the Neural Reconditioning program and the recovery of the subject, Project Widowmaker moved onto the Genetic Enhancement stage. Once again, Dr.######### takes the role of project lead.

The subject (hereafter referred to as GR98) has expressed its discomfort with the procedures, however, GR98 has shown no signs of disobedience. Sessions will continue with Dr.######### to monitor the long-term sustainability of the Neural Reconditioning program.

Treatment began with gene therapy techniques pioneered by ######### during ################## based on additional research from ######### and the ##################. GR98 was responsive to the first round of treatment with side-effects well within established safe boundaries, including ##################, ##################. The next round of gene therapy coincideded with treatments for ##################.

Dr.######### notes: Once more I feel like I need to stress what our goals are here. High Security:
Subject is to be kept in a holding cell equipped with one (1) cot, one (1) toilet. Cell dimensions are 10x10m. Cell is to be recorded and monitored at all times. Cell is to be lit at all times for the first month of containment, after which the lights may be dimmed between the hours of 10pm and 6am.

Subject is not to leave the holding cell under any circumstances outside of sessions with Dr.#########, unless medical intervention is required. Absolutely no contact with subject is permitted at this time.

Medium Security:
Upon the conclusion of the Neural Reconditioning program, the subject is no longer required to be confined to its cell. The subject will be provided with a basic security pass.

Contact with the subject is discouraged, but not forbidden.
